Through Joshua Kandie foundation, which is part of his empowerment program, today he launched 17,850 chicks which will benefit youth groups and women groups in all the five wards in Baringo central.
The first batch which was distributed today include 3,800 chics for Kabarnet ward where a total of 55 groups benefited.
Each group will get 70 chicks. He urges the beneficiaries to take good care of the chics for their economic empowerment.
Starting from next year Hon Kandie will also be carrying out the same program as he targets to empower his people and kick out poverty in the constituency.
