Documents which include standard eight KCPE certificate and birth certificate are reported to have been found by a good Samaritan at Timboroa centre. It was then kept at Timboroa chief's office.
The birth certificate details of Boaz Kibichii Kandie shows that he is from Mogorwa. The father's name is Kandie Arap Kerui and mother's name is Salina Kerui.
Nipashe is appealing whoever knows the owner to share this information.
